Before notarization

What to know before meeting a notary:
- Have a valid photo ID (driver’s license, state ID or passport)
- Do NOT sign the document prior meeting a notary. By law, you will be required to sign the document in the presence of the notary.

Available during
non-business hours

During business hours, you can often find notaries at:
- travel agents
- your bank
- UPS or FedEx

Call them first to find out when someone is available.

If you need someone after business hours, THAT is when you call us.  By appointment only, we can be available after 7pm on weeknights and on weekend afternoons or early evenings.
